The complex is situated in Shkorpilovci and is located 500 meters from the beach. The holiday village consists of six standard guest houses, SPA center with the registry, restaurant, pool and parking for 25 cars.

Typecal Guest House:
The house is designed on two levels with three separate rooms. On the first floor are two rooms with their own kitchens, bathrooms and porches, on the second level - apartment. The space between houses is formed with a barbecue and talk contributing to the comfort and rest of the guests.

SPA center with the registry:
The building is shaped as a single unit on two levels, connected with internal staircase. On the first level is located registry, internet corner, laundry room with a chambermaid office and SPA center, which includes: sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi room and relaxation area. On the second level is designed apartment and two guest rooms with private bathrooms and balconies oriented inside the complex.

Bistro:
The Bistro is one-storey building oriented as the pool and the natural environment that provides the location of the property. In the bistro planned layout is divided mainly into two - commercial kitchen and hall with a bar that served during the summer to the pool.

Designed to various recreation areas for visitors to the complex - pool, SPA center and wooden gazebos between types of houses. The landscape of the village is rich and varied - lots are large areas with grass and shrub plantings, and trees. This adds to the parking lot and grass gap.
